Refund policy

RETURNS 
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 14 days have passed, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. We kindly ask that you include a receipt or proof of purchase when submitting your return.

Please note that items which are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not caused by our error cannot be refunded.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that it has arrived safely. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
